The Vault is an Italian restaurant in the beautiful Perth Hills, a dream brought to life by previous owners Vince and Diana Giglia. Recently purchased by its own Head Chef, Angelo Bruno, the Vault team is dedicated to bringing people together over delicious food and drink.
Located on Haynes Street, the Vault has a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is suitable for any occasion. The premises consist of a spacious dining room and a stunning outdoor terrace overlooking Haynes Street, all perfect areas in which to enjoy a nice meal with a glass of wine or pint of beer. Our Tree Top Bar which is open from 3 pm on Fridays to Sundays, provides another alternative for those who wish to enjoy a drink with family and friends while enjoying our live music sessions. Our upstairs function room and Sunset Terrace can be booked for private events and gatherings with the options of canape or sit down set menus.
